Identity:
We, the Maradjao Magbalantay College Seminarians (MMCS) of Surigao City, Philippines. Our seminary home is located in Songkoy of Barangay Togbongon. We’re College students of Saint Paul Univerity taken up Bachelor of Science in Philosophy. We are on different levels of our study. We are a community formed to become service of God and man. On this road less travalled we embrace faith and determination, with our fervent prayers that God will lead us to a destiny in accordance to his will.
Our official color is royal blue and white
As of this moment, the logo is still on the works.
What with the name?
Maradjao Magbalantay is a Surigaonon term for “The Good Shepherd”. Taken from the gospel of Luke, the Parable of the Good Shepherd or Lost Sheep serves best for a name of a new Seminary. Its biblical term used to denote God’s mercy, not a punisher of delinquents and sinners, but a compassionate and understanding father. Never to be forgotten is that Jesus was crucified because he who claimed He was God was a friend of sinners, the prostitutes, the thieves and swindlers, the limbongan and mangingilad , the despised and desperate, higala sa mga sinalikway ug sinikmahan sa palad. Jesus Maradjao Magbalantay make us after your own heart.
Vision:
MMCS envisions to be a real home, forming seminarians after the heart and mind of the Good Shepherd Jesus Christ, nourished by His words and sacraments, witnessing the gospel values of discipleship.
Mission:
To attain this vision we the Seminarians of Maradjao Magbalantay College Seminary (MMCS) commit to:
* Configure ourselves to Jesus Christ, the High priest, to integrate human values in our priestly formation;
* Build and strengthen community life through appraisal and camaraderie;
* Have a deeper and closer relationship with Christ the Good Shepherd through the sacraments especially the Eucharist, the word of God by personal and communal prayer and meditation;
* Be intellectually equipped by means of constant study and reflection, and by being aware and sensitive to the signs of the times.
* Seek to know Christ by means of pastoral involvement and social concern like Mary, the Blessed Mother of God and the perfect disciple of Christ.

Marajaw na gabi-i!
Arang nakokalipay na nabasa nako inin ijo lugar sa Internet.
Una, nalipay ako sa Surigaonon term na ijo gigamit.
Sukad pa naghiusa kami mga Surigaonon sa University of the Philippines Diliman Campus adton 1999 (U.P. Maradjaw Karadjaw) hadtod natukod an UPMK Alumni Association, Inc (2006), isa sa amo programa an “Surigaonon Language Project.”
Isa sa amo pangutana kun jaoy na ba Bibliya na Surigaonon o Sinurigao?
Basin pwede kita magtinabangay sa ini na aspeto.
Sa pagkakuman, naga-kolekta kami nan Surigaonon balak/poems, essays, and other literary works and genres. Pag mahamok na, mag-publish kami nan Surigaonon Literary Folio na an tawag “Suyog.”
Magtinabangay unta kita para sa karajawan nan tanan!

Just as a strong wind will blow through an open window and stir things up in a house, the Holy Spirit will blow new life into your church (or your life) if you give Him access.
